This article provides steps for requesting a refund if you are charged for a print job but your pages do not print or are unreadable.
Instructions
Steps to request a refund online:
- Create a Ticket for Carolina Print Hub.
- Fill in the Ticket Details with the following information:
- The location and name of the printer (e.g., Davis 2, UGL 3, or UGL Color).
- The date and time when you printed.
- The number of pages that failed to print or were unreadable (attach a sample if possible).
- The amount charged to your UNC One Card
- Once all the information is entered, click Submit.
Carolina Print Hub printing refunds take 1-7 business days to process. A follow up email will be sent once the refund is processed. You can check your Carolina Print Hub printing account transactions on the
UNC-Chapel Hill One Card website.
