This article provides steps for requesting a refund if you are charged for a print job but your pages do not print or are unreadable.
Instructions
Follow these steps to request a refund online:
- Submit an Online Help Request.
- On the page that says "How can we help you?", click Report an Issue.
- In the Urgency field, choose a value.
- In the "Please describe your issue below", field, enter this information:
- A short description of the printing problem that occurred
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The location and name of the printer (for example, Davis 2, UGL 3, or UGL Color)
- The date and time you printed
- The number of pages that did not print or are unreadable (include a sample if you can)
- The amount charged to your UNC One Card
- When you have entered the information, click Submit.
- Carolina Print Hub printing refunds take 1-7 business days to process.
- A follow up email will be sent once the refund is processed.
- You can check your Carolina Print Hub printing account transactions on the UNC-Chapel Hill One Card website.
