This article guides TDX Agents on how to send attachments to users that are visible in the ticket notifications.
Issue
Attachments are not visible to users in the ticket notifications.
Do not send attachments to users using the +Add > Attachment feature on the ticket record. This method only makes the attachments visible on the portal and does not deliver them in notifications.
Solution
To send attachments that are visible to users in the ticket notifications, attach them to the ticket form.
- Open the ticket record in TDNext.
- Click the Update button from the Actions Menu to open the ticket form.
- Scroll to the Attachment(s) field on the ticket form and click the Lookup Attachment icon in the Attachment field to add your files.
- (Optional) Make any other necessary updates to the ticket.
- Click Save.
