This help article contains information about the Clearspan end user portal for making individual changes to phone lines.
Information
Users on the AT&T Hosted Voice Services system may access the end user portal to make changes to their phone line, such as Call Forwarding Always.
Note: The same login credentials apply for the User Portal and the Communicator Soft Client.
Through this portal, you may also do the following:
VOICEMAIL PASSCODE RESET
COMMUNICATOR SOFT CLIENT PASSWORD RESET
CLEARSPAN USER WEB PORTAL PASSWORD RESET
Note: You will need to enter a valid email address and it will need to match the email account provided for the user for the above links.
