Access Your W2 Statements

1. Login to ConnectCarolina.
2. Click My Pay and Taxes.

3. Click View W-2/W-2c Forms

4. Click the Verify with 2-Step link and follow the steps to authenticate with Duo.
5. Click Year End Form to see your W-2 or W-2c.
