This article explains how to apply the correct permissions in Citrix Workspace to access files on your computer's local storage while using the Virtual Lab application.

Some versions of OSX also have a security setting that can block access to local folders. This can be checked in system preferences > Security and Privacy > privacy tab > ensure that Citrix Viewer has access to the files and folders on your Mac.
Instructions
- Launch a Virtual Lab application, but before you do any work, choose Preferences in the Citrix viewer menu.
- In the File access section, select Read and write. If you made a change, close and reopen the app so the change takes effect.
