Virtual Lab: Citrix Workspace Favorites

This article walks through how to configure Favorites in Citrix Workspace

Introduction

The Citrix Workspace favorites feature allows users to select certain folders and files for quick access and organization.  A user’s favorites are displayed under their Citrix Home screen.  Although favorites are stored within the Citrix infrastructure, we are unable to recover favorites when lost or if any system changes remove them.

If you would like to configure favorites or if favorites are no longer there, simply follow the below steps...

How to Configure Favorites:

1. Open a browser and log into UNCApps.
2. After logging in successfully, click the search icon  at the top right.
3. Type the application name (or part of the application name).  A list of applications matching the search will appear.
   
   • Alternatively, you can browse the available apps under the APPS tab.
4. Click to select the star of the application icon to add it to your favorites.
   

The application selected will now appear in your Citrix Home screen.
