Cause
A persistent cookie stored in web browsers is causing Single Sign-On (SSO) to initiate infinite redirects.
Solution
Until the root cause is fully diagnosed, try the following two workarounds:
Method 1: Delete Cookies

Method 2: Use a Private window
Use a different web browser with a private/incognito window to log in.
Best Practices to Prevent Recurrences
- Access the WordPress (WP) Admin menu when logging in to your sites directly at https://*yoursite*.web.unc.edu/wp-admin or https://*yoursite*.unc.edu/wp-admin, rather than using the My Sites Dashboard.
- Log out of WP after each session.
