Reporting Lost Devices

If you registered more than one device, you can still use the alternate device to authenticate.

If your device was the only one registered, you will need to call the Service Desk at 962-HELP for assistance.

In the future we recommend you set up an alternative device/option. Please see Adding Devices instructions.

Verifying Methods

Providing your Onyen and password is step one. Step two is confirming your log in attempt with a second device. Duo provides several ways to confirm it’s really you. Depending on the version of the Duo prompt you see you’ll do one of the following:

  • Authentication options for your default device. If you want to use a different device, select the device you want to use from the Device drop-down menu. Then select the method you want to use for that specific device. (Duo Prompt)

  • Click Duo Push.
  • An alert will display on your smartphone or tablet.Open the Duo Mobile app and tap the Approve button to authenticate.

  • Answer the telephone and, when prompted, press any key to authenticate.

  • Type the SMS passcode.
