Effective May 11, 2026, if you are off campus or not connected to the campus network (wired, eduroam, or UNC-PSK), you must connect to the Cisco Secure Client (VPN) before accessing the UNCApps, ITSApps, or Virtual Lab in Citrix Workspace.
