BCA and OnCore Calendar/Budget Requests

Service Description

Use this service to: 

• Request all new BCAs and amendments/revisions 

• Request all new OnCore calendars/budgets and amendments/revisions 

• Submit supporting documentation for legacy OnCore calendars/budgets (non-oncology only) 

Your request will be routed to the appropriate group (Office of Clinical Trials for non-oncology; Lineberger for oncology). Please allow up to 10 business days for your OnCore calendar to be available for review. 

For all groups using OnCore, this ticket will be routed for BCA team review after the calendar has been validated.  You no longer need to submit a separate BCA SN ticket.
