SOP - Academic Support

Service Description

The SOP - Academic Support Service provides a range of online tools and resources to enhance the learning experience of students and faculty at the School of Pharmacy. The service includes support for: 

  • CAE Learning Space: Request CAE support for account access, case creation, grades, and reports.  
  • Canvas: Request a consultation or report an issue if something is not working as expected.  
  • Examplify/Examsoft: Request access, report assessment issues, request a new user, or report an issue if something is not working as expected. 
  • Lecture Capture: Submit Classroom Course or Meeting recording requests for UNC Pharmacy Events or Courses, as well as assistance with locating a recording.  
  • Zoom: Submit support, training, and resource requests for UNC Pharmacy Zoom subaccount. Zoom is the method by which we facilitate connections between the Chapel Hill and Asheville campuses for courses.

Requirements

Some support requests will require verification from the Course Director such as releasing a class recording that is otherwise hidden.
