Service Description
The SOP - Communication and Collaboration service support for collaboration tools supported by the ESOP Information and Educational Technology Department. This service includes:
Zoom: A cloud-based video conferencing platform that allows users to host and join online meetings, webinars, and chat sessions. All UNC – Chapel Hill faculty, staff, and students are provided a Zoom Pro account. All UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy rooms are Zoom capable. Many Zoom questions can be answered in the how-to guides in the documentation section below.
Listservs: Support for the below listservs managed by the ESOP IET department. These lists are automatically populated by appointment at the School. Through this service you may request to add someone to another listserv, e.g., staff to a faculty listserv. You can also request the ability to send emails to a listserv. This service does not offer support for Lyris or Office 365 Groups.
