Service Description
UNC SON’s EISLE team coordinates the end-to-end scheduling and delivery of simulation scenarios and skills lab sessions. We provide a single point of entry for rooms, equipment, standardized patients (SPs), manikins/VR, and staff support, and we guide faculty through pre-briefing, delivery, and debriefing.
This form is used to place simulation or skills lab requests, along with any equipment and supply requests

Requirements
Be sure to include your simulation documents (e.g., scenarios, planning, etc.) or any documents that would be helpful for the EISLE team to review and plan your simulation.
