Carolina Print Hub: Submit Refund Requests

This article provides steps for requesting a refund if you are charged for a print job but your pages do not print or are unreadable.

Instructions

Steps to request a refund online:

  1. Create a Ticket for Carolina Print Hub.
  2. Fill in the Ticket Details with the following information:
  • The location and name of the printer (e.g., Davis 2, UGL 3, or UGL Color).
  • The date and time when you printed.
  • The number of pages that failed to print or were unreadable (attach a sample if possible).
  • The amount charged to your UNC One Card
  1. Once all the information is entered, click Submit.
