Carolina Print Hub: Submit a Request for a Refund

This article provides steps for requesting a refund if you are charged for a print job but your pages do not print or are unreadable.

Instructions

Follow these steps to request a refund online:

  1. Submit an Online Help Request.
  2. On the page that says "How can we help you?", click Report an Issue.
  3. In the Urgency field, choose a value.
  4. In the "Please describe your issue below", field, enter this information:
    • A short description of the printing problem that occurred
    • Your email address
    • Your phone number
    • The location and name of the printer (for example, Davis 2, UGL 3, or UGL Color)
    • The date and time you printed
    • The number of pages that did not print or are unreadable (include a sample if you can)
    • The amount charged to your UNC One Card
  5. When you have entered the information, click Submit.
    • Carolina Print Hub printing refunds take 1-7 business days to process.
    • A follow up email will be sent once the refund is processed.
    • You can check your Carolina Print Hub printing account transactions on the UNC-Chapel Hill One Card website.
