You must configure the “Remote Office” feature with a remote office phone number (cell phone or land-line number), and enable the feature, prior to making or receiving phone calls.

The user will receive inbound calls to the phone number input in the Remote Office configuration (cell phone or land line).
The user can make outbound calls using the Communicator application on their PC / MAC.

  • Enter the phone number to be dialed on the desktop application’s dialpad.
  • Select enter on your computer’s keypad, or,
  • Select the “Call” or the “Call from another Device” icon at the bottom of the application.
