This article details steps to connect your UNC email account to Microsoft Outlook for iOS.
If you need to install the Outlook app for your iPhone or iPad, you can do so from the App Store.
- After opening the app you should see a Welcome to Outlook screen and an option to Add Account
- Click Add Account
- Enter your email address in the format your-onyen@ad.unc.edu
- Click Add Account again
- If you have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed you should be prompted to open it
- Click Open Authenticator and you will be prompted to log in and complete 2-step verification
- After completing the sign in, select Maybe Later when prompted to add another account, and your email should load into Outlook
