Service Description
Use this service to:
- Request all new BCAs and amendments/revisions
- Request all new OnCore calendars/budgets
- Request all OnCore calendar/budget amendments/revisions
- Request Institutional Approval (IA) review for new clinical research projects
- Use OnCore for any studies
Your request will be routed to the appropriate group (Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research (OVCR) for non-oncology; Lineberger for oncology). Please allow up to 10 business days for your OnCore calendar to be available for review.
For all groups using OnCore, this ticket will be routed for BCA team review after the calendar has been validated.
All studies that meet the current criteria for OnCore as per the Managing Clinical Research Administrative Data Policy will now require formal notice from the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research (OVCR) confirming Institutional Approval has been granted prior to enrolling participants and/or collecting study data for any new clinical research project under the scope of the IA policy.
