Service Description
Here you can request IT software and hardware support. Below are the service offerings you can choose from:
- Software purchase: Purchase new software or renew licenses.
- Hardware purchase: Request to purchase computers, tablets, and peripherals.
- New Software Review: Meet with member of Technology Governance Committee to discuss a new application at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.
- Loaner Laptop: Request a loaner laptop in the event yours is damaged or for International travel.
- Temporary Administrator Rights: Submission for user to be granted temporary admin rights for software installation, updates, or other changes.
