SOP - IET Software/Hardware

Service Description

Here you can request IT software and hardware support. Below are the service offerings you can choose from: 

  • Software purchase: Purchase new software or renew licenses. 
  • Hardware purchase: Request to purchase computers, tablets, and peripherals. 
  • New Software Review: Meet with member of Technology Governance Committee to discuss a new application at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. 
  • Loaner Laptop: Request a loaner laptop in the event yours is damaged or for International travel. 
  • Temporary Administrator Rights: Submission for user to be granted temporary admin rights for software installation, updates, or other changes.
