Service Description
FPG IT provides technical support to the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute. Support includes general tech support, data access requests, secnas/S drive modifications, Teams/SharePoint support, secure research workplace setup, IT purchasing, software installs, phone and laptop deployments, and Zoom webinar support.
Audience
All employees of FPG Child Development Institute and student workers working on FPG-related research projects.
Support
Support is available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Support is unavailable after hours, weekends and holidays.

Expected Delivery
An FPG technician will contact you within 4 hours of initial submission. Please see FPG’s Service Level Agreement for more details.
