The Service Desk will have limited coverage on Monday 9/23 from 12 - 5 pm. During this time, tickets submitted via the portal will be monitored for urgent issues and chat will be staffed, but 962-HELP and the location in the Student Union will be closed.
IT staff supporting UNC units can request software applications to be packaged and/or delivered to specified Windows, MacOS, iOS, or Android OS client devices in their organization. We can also answer questions and assist local IT staff with creating their own application packages and/or deployments. This is for IT staff use only.
