Service Description
The Facilities and Space Management service provides support for the physical environment and resources of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. The service includes:

Facilities Support: This service handles requests related to building maintenance, repairs, cleaning, building access, signage, furniture, equipment relocation & surplus, and utilities. The service also coordinates with UNC Facilities Services and other external vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Space Assignment Request: This service processes requests for assigning or changing offices, laboratory, or other space within the School of Pharmacy buildings. The service evaluates the requests based on the space allocation guidelines and the availability of space. The service also communicates with the requestors and the relevant stakeholders about the status and outcome of the requests.

Room Reservation System Support: This service provides support for 25Live, the online system for reserving rooms and spaces within the School of Pharmacy buildings. The service provides technical support, training, and troubleshooting for users of the system. The service also maintains the accuracy and availability of the room inventory.
Room reservation support tickets are automatically routed to the SOP – IET department.

UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy Faculty, Staff, and Students.
