This help article is intended for TeamDynamix (TDX) Responsible Group managers. It provides a step-by-step guide on how to add or remove members from existing TDX Responsible Groups.
Membership in TDX Responsible Groups is managed through Grouper, a group management tool. Users are added or removed from groups within Grouper, and TDX synchronizes with Grouper twice daily—at 3:00 AM and 11:00 AM—to update Responsible Group memberships based on these changes. Following the synchronization, an additional automated process runs at 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM to assign the agent role and grant application access to the appropriate users in TDX.
Before You Begin
To perform the procedures in this article, you must be logged in to the Grouper tool. Here's how to access Grouper:
- If you are off-campus, connect to the VPN.
- Sign in to the Grouper web interface.
For the remainder of this article, it is assumed that you are already signed in to Grouper.
