TeamDynamix: Use of University Sensitive Information

This article provides guidance to all TeamDynamix (TDX) users on storing Tier 2 and Tier 3 sensitive information in the TDX platform.

Information

Tier 3 restricted information is NOT allowed in TDX. This means social security numbers, PCI data, PHI, passwords, etc. cannot be entered. If Tier 3 information is mistakenly present in any record, it must be removed, and may require security incident response.

Tier 2 confidential information should be minimized where possible within TDX. If Tier 2 sensitive information is needed as part of fulfilling a TDX record, reference an approved storage location such as a OneDrive or Teams file space within the TDX record.

TDX Agents may have access to Tier 2 information in the platform beyond the scope of their responsibilities and should take care to avoid accessing information not required for their work. Adherence to the Administrative Systems Terms of Use Policy, and to other applicable University policies is a condition of use. TeamDynamix users should follow the UNC-Chapel Hill Safe Computing Guidelines.
